Our story
My name is Serge Morozov, and I founded SacTaxPro to help small businesses and contractors understand their finances, stay compliant, and make better-informed decisions.
My interest in accounting began in high school, when I helped organize taxes and finances for my father’s business. Over the following 15+ years, I progressed from accountant to controller, gaining experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, tax coordination, internal controls, and prevailing-wage compliance for small and midsize businesses.
Today, SacTaxPro provides online accounting, tax, payroll, business-formation, and prevailing-wage support for Sacramento-area small businesses and California contractors.
